1: Pricing & Quotes
1A: All quotes provided to from Borgz Teamwear are valid for thirty (30) days only, unless given approval for a longer period of time which approval will be given via email from a member of Borgz Teamwear.
1B: All quotes provided by Borgz Teamwear include GST, unless stated otherwise.
1C: All quotes provided by Borgz Teamwear are $AUD.2: Payment
2A: Borgz Teamwear require a minimum of 50%deposit before signing off on final artwork.
2B: Borgz Teamwear will require a minimum of 50% deposit before having logos and/or artwork re-drawn from its artist team, if the artist is required.
2C: Borgz Teamwear reserve the right to place the order on hold, until deposit/payment is received.
2D: Customers are required to pay all outstanding amounts prior to receiving the order.
2E: Borgz Teamwear accept cash (local customers), bank transfers and direct deposits *some banks charge an extra fee for credit cards, you (the customer) will be required to cover this fee which is usually between $2-3AUD).3: Minimum Orders
3A: Team uniforms including jersey, shorts, training shirts and polo shirts are a minimum of 13 pieces per order.
3B: Hoodie jumpers, tracksuits are a minimum of 20 pieces per order.
3C: Custom soccer balls are a minimum of 50 pieces per order.
3D: Socks, scarves, hats, beanies and other items are a minimum of 100 pieces per order.
Borgz Teamwear highly recommends its customers order extra pieces to save any issues for urgently needing a smaller quantity in the near future.

4: Production and Delivery
4A: Borgz Teamwear have an estimated 4-6 week turn around time for most orders.
4B: Turn around time will start from the date of final approval of artwork/order, NOT from the first point of contact or quote.
4C: Borgz Teamwear offer an ‘express request’ (depending on time of year) to customers. This could see your order arrive before the 4-6 week period. (*A fee of $180 will apply)
4D: If the customer pays for a ‘express request’ and does not receive the order before the 4-6 weeks, the customer has the right to request a refund of the $180 fee (this is done by the customer emailing
4E: Borgz Teamwear strive to ensure all orders arrive by the due date, however Borgz Teamwear will NOT be responsible for delays caused outside the companies control.
4F: Borgz Teamwear does NOT use Sea freight, instead Borgz Teamwear has orders sent via Air freight via DHL and Toll Priority.

5: Shipping Of Goods
5A: Borgz Teamwear use some of Australia’s most reliable and fastest courier’s including but not limited to, DHL, Toll Priority and Australia post. The customer will be able to track and trace its order with the consignment number which will be given when your order is on its way.
5B: It is the responsibility of the customer to either be at the delivery address to receive the items OR to collect the items from a designated point negotiated by the customer and the courier company.
5C: Borgz Teamwear will NOT be responsible for any lost or damaged items whilst in transit.

6: Personal Information
6A: All personal information of Borgz Teamwear’s clients such as name, address, bank details, email address and delivery address will be kept strictly confidential (unless required by law).
6B: Artwork does NOT come under ‘personal information’ and their for can be used by Borgz Teamwear for promotional reason with customers clubs/teams logos on them without permission. Customers do have the right to request their logo is not used for advertising by Borgz Teamwear which needs to be in writing and emailed to
6C: Customers reserve the right to have Borgz Teamwear to remove their personal details from its data base by emailing and requesting removal of personal information.

7: Procedures and Approvals
7A: All orders are completed and approved via email.
7B: Borgz Teamwear will require:
– Sizing form completed and emailed
– Artwork and Designs
– Colours
7C: It is the customers responsibility to ensure the order is correct before giving final approval, this includes ensuring all colour pantones, logos, design and sizes are correct.
7D: Borgz Teamwear take NO responsibility of incorrect orders after final approval has been given by the customer for but not limited to: colours, logos, sizes, designs and materials
7E: It is the full responsibility of the customer gain permission/authority to use any logos or designs that are protected under copyright, trade mark or licensing laws. Borgz Teamwear will assume you (the customer) has gained the permission required to use these designs and/or logos, and Borgz Teamwear will not be held responsible/accountable for any illegal use of these designs and/or logos.

8: Cancellations and Changes
8A: Cancellations and Changes can NOT be accepted after you (the customer) gives final approval of order via email.
8B: If logos require re-drawing and 50% deposit has been paid, a fee of $30AUD per logo will be taken out of the deposit before refund is given, if the cancellation is made via email before the final approval of the customer.

9: Branding
9A: Borgz Teamwear reserve the right place the Borgz Teamwear logo on all its custom made items.

10: Faulty Goods
10A: Any items they may be faulty, Borgz Teamwear will require the items returned for a thorough inspection. A Borgz Teamwear representative will then be in contact with the customer to discuss an alternative.
10B: Any items deemed to be ‘faulty’ by the customer MUST be sent back to Borgz Teamwear for inspection within 30 days of receiving the items for replacing, repairing or for a refund of the item.

11: Sizing
11A: Borgz Teamwear supplies a size chart that is a guideline and should only be used as a guideline.
11B: Measurements may be slightly bigger or smaller then when compared to the size chart. Borgz Teamwear recommend, if ever in doubt, order one (1) size larger.

12: Conditions
12A: All items including logos and designs of different products are owned by Borgz Teamwear and can NOT be used outside of the business without permission.
